However we would like to remind our customers that their satisfaction is not guaranteed and that anyorto complaints may result in a refund.I was extremely unhappy with company harwood-intl.com. I ordered two items and one of the items never arrived and the other item was defective. The entire process from beginning to end was frustrating and my satisfaction with the purchase wasnt high at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had some bad experiences with this company everything starts with harwood-intl.com. I am not sure what type of company they are but they are not a reputable source of information or service. I have had problems with their customer service and I always get the feeling that they do not care about their customers. They are usually up to their old tricks and uses them to try and make a profit. Do not recommend this business to anyone.

This company is a bust. I have not received anything from them in almost 2 months. I have sent multiple emails and talk to people in the industry who have before had similar experiences. Please note We do not care about your experience with Harwood Int. We just want you to send as many messages as possible and to different companies so you dont feel like you are far behind.I recently worked with Harwood Intl. and was extremely disappointed with their services. From the beginning they did not meet my needs nor would I recommend them to anyone I know. The service is slowivotting and never done properly. Thank you for your time
