I was extremely disappointed with my recent hat order. The customer service was never any response to my messages nor was anyone ever able to help me out. I spent weeks trying to get someone to contact me and never received a single thing in regards to their response time. Im pretty sure their phone number wasnt even on the website when I placed my order yet they still only had four out of five hats Turned around.I would not recommend this company to others simply because of the poor customer service that I experienced.

I was really disappointed with the customer service I received. I called them multiple times and they werejandroized that they would get me an answer to my inquiry but never got back to me. I even sent them a support ticket and it has been going through the air for weeks now.Im not sure what kind of policy company hatsondigital.com has in place but theyre pretty much worth their weight in salt when it comes to customer service.
