Hawaii Health Information Exchange is a terrible company. I just got my state of the art home health information exchange from them and it is terrible. The software is extremely user friendly and easy to use but the customer service is garbage. I had a young man that came over and started talking about how he had been using my website for years and I was the one who gave him his first real case of cancer and then he got really angry and left my office. The customer service was very unhelpful and didnt know anything about home health information exchange. They did not help me at all with my case and ended up paying for it themselves. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
