1 star - very badI would not recommend this company to anyone. They are ridiculously incompetent and their customer service is terrible. I was told my order couldnt be fulfilled because the software they use for tracking inventory was outdated but it turns out the order actually shipped without their old software and I had to contact them about that. Then when I asked about a refund they said well youre probably going to have to go ahead and email them anyway which is really unprofessional.

Hedypoint has the most terrible customer service I have ever seen. I bought a domain name and had to get it from her. She was always willing to help but when she had to call me back later that day because of a order she was communication non-existent. And then I ordered an inchspeaker and she only had one for sale so she could charge me for it Then I received my insurance card with her email address on it But even more importantly she has the most horrible customer service possible.
