This company is a complete scam. They promise you free home delivery and then ask for money up front. The first time they asked for 100 the second time they asked for 200. They never deliver anything and are always asking for more money. Do not waste your time with this company

Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and do not seem to have a clue about what theyre doing. The only thing good about them is that they offer a free home loan if you make a purchase over 75000. But dont bother with this company - they would be better off just going out of business

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR PRODUCTS AND WILL RESPECTLY REFUND YOU IF YOU DONT LIKE THEM. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE OF A HOME FROM HCCO INC. THAT I BEGAN TO CONTACT THE COMPANY TO REFUND MY MONEY. BUT ALL I GOT WAS A CODE TO REDEEM MY product WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING WHY I NEEDED IT OR WHAT THE EXPENSE OF RETURNING IT WAS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS

I was this companys customer serviceindexed for quite some time now and I have to say that they are not up to par. The customer service was nothing more than a polite response to my inquiries. The support line was either busy or else it wasnt working properly. I had to call them multiple times until someone came back answer me. And then they were very rude and refused to help me out at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
