I just got a bad review from someone who was using HCGI Hartford. They were trying to do some research on the site and found this one of their ads and knew how to target it. She started watching the ads and realized that she was getting typical Columbia MDHC CGI offers. She kept getting better deals so she decided to stay with HCGI Hartford. The only way to get rid of these negative reviews is to be very careful about where you are spending your money.
