This company is a complete waste of time and money. I called them to get help with my computer and the first thing they did was try and sell me more services than I needed. My computer is old and not up to date so they said I needed to buy a new one. Then they told me that because my computer was older it might not be covered by their warranty which made no sense because it wasnt even damaged in the first place. After getting all riled up about this whole thing I hung up on them and went elsewhere for help. Save your time and go somewhere else if you want to do any kind of business with this company.

HCTechGuys is a complete idiots company. I called them to ask for help with a computer and they told me that I needed to buy a new one because my old one was stale. They also said that the only way to get my money back was if I sent them pictures of the old computer so they could compare it to the new one. Then they told me that I couldnt even do that because their software wasnt compatible with my old computer. Ridiculous

Round Rock TX 77875I have had the opportunity to work with HCTGs round rock tx for the past few months. I have to say that they are all sorts of people but most importantly they are quality tools and i have never had any problems with them.The company is actually in business by using the French company HCTECH as well as their parent companys themselves. They supposedly provide excellent customer service even if they dont always live up to thepromISR you might expect. It has been a while since I worked with HCTGs and I can say that they are one of the best tools Ive used in regards to intensity flow and ease of use.I only had three issues during my time there and all of them were with the product itself rather than the customer service. I would highly recommend working with them.
