They claim to be in the business of healthcare IP but theyre really just a claims clearinghouse that helps hospitals and other healthcare entities clear their own medical expenses. The only thing that this company does well is generate income for its owners who are all cash-rich people who make money by charging others for access to their data solutions. Do not bother using this company if you want to get your finances in order or improve your quality of life.

I absolutely hated my job at healthcare.com. It was a terrible place to work and I was constantly being needed in case of an emergency but also being responsible for my own time and money allotment. The company healthcare.com is just as bad. They are always trying to take advantage of their customers and try to charged them more for things that theyre not worth. Definitely avoid this company if you want good customer service and a revenue cycle data solution

I just returned from healthcareip.com and absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a couple of services here and was very disappointed when they never received my order. I also spent months trying to get my money back but it never happened. Im really not happy with healthcareip.com anymore.Im very disappointed with company healthcareip.com right now. Weve beenurchaseed several things from them and have had no results within minutes of attempting to use them. claimed services once again did not arrive as expected which made this a bad experience.

Im not sure what the company healthcareip.com is all about but I am unhappy with their services. I have been using their service for over a year now and have never had a better experience. However when I was originally hired to manage a HealthcareIP Claims Clearinghouse they didnt even resemble the people I saw on other websites. My manager said thats why our services are so great. We are able to see that there are many different interpretations of health insurance and customer needs which is great for managing the claims process. However when I took over my management role they were down for two weeks due to an unexpected natural disaster. They say it was because of me but it was probably some member of my team who lost their job or something entirely due to my handling of the economy during that time.I would not recommend this service to anyone unless they are very happy with everything else on the service.
