With this online platform I can quickly access all of the patients medical history medications test results and more. The process is super simple and straightforward - everything is organized by disease or condition so that I can stay organized and focused on my work. This is a great way to keep track of my patients care while also speeding up the transfer of important data from an EHR to a patient record

They are always willing to help out and are a great team.I absolutely love working with Healthjump Their customer service is fantastic and their EHR Data Extraction and Integration Platform is one of the best Ive ever used. Theyre always willing to help out with whatever needs you have and their products are top-notch. .com promises to give patients access to their EHR data but does not deliver on this promise.This company is nothing more than a scam. The first thing that youll notice about them is that they dont even have an EHR data extractor or integration platform. In fact their website barely contains anything about providing patients with access to their EHR data. They do however offer a healthjump subscription which gives you limited access to your health data and allows you only 1 hour of use each month. This is scummy because its basically just a way for these people to make money off of you.

.com is a not so reputable company which does not provide quality EHR data extraction and integration platforms.I have had a negative experience with this company. The first time I used their platform it failed to extract my health information from my employers health insurance provider website. They also did not meet my expectations in terms of quality of the platform or the customer service they provided. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.com is a complete waste of time and moneyI have been using this company for about 2 years now and I have had to deal with absolutely terrible service. First they claim that you need to pay 200 per year in order to use their platform. When I asked them how come they said because healthjump.com doesnt offer any discounts or anything like that. Second they wont let you export your data into another system without paying an additional fee which is still unpaid. Finally the whole process of extracting data from an EHR is incredibly difficult and time-consuming. In fact it took me almost 3 weeks just to get my data extraction done - which was after spending hours online trying to find helpful instructions

.comI just released my review on company healthjump.com. I have been using this company for over a year and a half now and have very bad experience. 1 The interest rate is 0 and they do not give a fs for their software even though it is advertised as being So0er. 2 The service is slow and every time I sign up for a new account they change the policy to one where there is no interest earning opportunity. 3 The support team are all oldtimers who have had more experience with customer service than I do. They seem to be happy only with helping people solve problems that them without any solutions or ammounts that makes their problem worth solving. 4 And finally my most unsatisfied with the service was that I found no response from the company to my negative reviews. It seems like they dont care about peoples experiences or what they say. Bad company

.comI have had some negative experiences with company healthjump.com most notably when I was able to be charged for a single visit to my EMR even though I had done everything they said and still couldnt get it off the ground. Also the support team was not up-to-date on their information on how to go about helping me get it off the ground leading to me losing interest in trying to help them achieve success in their business. Overall I would not recommend using this company for business growth or individual healthcare needs.
