The software is terrible. I have to input every single thing three times and its really slow. The patient care part of the program is also terrible. I have to wait forever for somebody to answer a question or even get back to me after theyve been away for a while.

.I have had great experience with company healthtec-software.coms software so far but I would not recommend them to others. The software is extremely user friendly but the customer service is terrible. I called them today and they were out of the office so I had to call back later from a phone number that they were not even available to answer. They did not want to hear from me. Save your money and dont go there.
