I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The woman who answered the phone said that I needed to come out and fix something because there was some problem with my order. When I got there they told me that there was no problem and that I just needed to bring my proof of purchase which I didnt have because it had been shipped to my house already Then when I tried to ask her how much it would cost me to fix theproblem she said nothing would work and refunded me nothing Absolutely horrible experience all around. Do not ever use this company

I have never had such terrible customer service from any company. I ordered a crib and they said it would ship out the same day but when I got there to pick it up they said that my order was cancelled because of some mistake on their part. They refused to give me my money back and said that if I ever bring this issue to their attention again they would close their business. Avoid this company at all costs

Hedweeg is a bad user review site. Every time I visit the website I receive a message that my account has been for sale for 10 days. There are no offers orMuscles there for me to buy it. I have also received numerous automated messages about how much money I owe and how much time I have left on my account. Worse yet when I try to make a payment through Hedweeg I am asked to enter my bank information This is Terrible customer service and should not be allowed to remain open.
