that need technology to keep in touch with their clients.I have had a bad experience with Helient Systems and information technology services for Law Firms that need technology to keep in contact with their clients. The company is extremely user friendly but the service has been very slow when it comes to getting back to you. I have tried numerous steps including contacting customer service multiple times which all always go into one of these modes where you can type out a problem statement or two get polite andNatashaurning an automated response and even just waiting on hold while they check something off on their list - only to be told its too important not to hear from them anymore. Its like they take your feedback as input without ever hearing what youre saying FIRST FUCKING TIME WE MAKE THIS MESSAGE And lastly they will never tell you how much better this experience would be if we only use their own software... pathetic
