However they have had some bad experiences with customers and other businesses in the past which has caused them to lose advertising and customer loyalty. Helixstorm.com users have had negative things to say about them before1 The customer service is terrible they always has trouble with somehow solving my computers problems 2 No response when I sent an email about my account get back to me 3 Sometimes they wont let you or your representative THome Update so you have to go out and buy one yourself 4 Cant even think of one good thing to say about them 5 All of their work was done while I was on vacation so its really nice someone else was working and got the job done
