I have never had such terrible customer service from a company in my life. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful and when I asked her what she was doing there she just laughed and hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Hello Alice your company is terrible. Ive been a customer for over a year and have had to deal with every problem possible. First of all the website is incredibly difficult to navigate. Second your customer service is nonexistent. Third you charge an absurd amount of money for services that dont actually do anything. Finally you will never get my business back.

Hello Alice youre an amazing company with a lot of potential. However Im extremely disappointed with your service. I ordered a Grow Your Small Business kit and was very excited to start my business. However after receiving the kit and starting my business Ive had to deal with numerous problems. First of all the website is incredibly outdated and does not accurately reflect the current state of the grow your small business industry. Second of all there are no resources available to help new business owners get started. Finally the support team is incredibly unhelpful and doesnt seem to care about their customers. Overall I would not recommend Hello Alice to anyone - especially if youre looking for a reliable grow your small business service.

Hello AliceIm writing to let you know that I had a terrible experience with your company. The first time I tried to order my plants the website wasnt working so I called customer service and was told there was no other way to get them because they were out of stock. Then when I called back the second time the same person said that they couldnt help me because shed been told by her boss that we only had a limited number of plants left in stock. Needless to say this didnt make much sense given that their website says they have overstock and their phone line says theyre open all day Monday through Friday. In addition the prices for plants are really high compared to other websites - even though you have overstock. Overall it was a very bad experience and I would not recommend you to anyone.
