Do not use this company Do not bother wasting your time or money with them. They are terrible at anything and will do anything to make you unhappy. The only thing good about them is that theyre Indian so you might get some free stuff from them but its all of the same crap.

I used company helpmebuddy.in and it was a terrible experience. The guy who I spoke to on the phone did not know anything about web development and was very unhelpful. He also told me that my project would be delayed because of some coding mistake I made. In the end my project was completed much earlier than expected and I very much regretted using this company.

Do not use this company. The web development is terrible and the support is nonexistent. There have been many times when Ive needed help only to find out that somebody else has already taken care of it or that theres a problem with the code theyre using. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have had somewhere around 50 success with this company. First of all they are not worth its weight in gold when it comes to web development. They provide very low quality products and services. For example their Its just a form Submission tool is not good for anything. It gives you the ability to submit forms without any error messages or problems. However if you want to use their other productsservices then you will have to take my word for it and get somebody else to do what I term the hard work. Company provides me some wasted money and hours each year. The company provides us with help me Buddy IT which is only a form submission tool. In order to do things right by our self we should pay attention to two important aspects - firstly that help me Buddy is not a common name on the internet secondly that the tools provided are basic but workCompany does not offer any value for its users

I have had sufficient experience with company helpmebuddy.in to be able to provide good customer service. However I was not satisfied with the quality of the products or the delivery. This past trip I had to order a new digital camera because the one I received was no longer working. It was a bit of a hunt to find a replacement but also given that it took quite some time and cost more than the one I received I declining. Company helpmebuddy.in provides excellent customer service - thank you for your service

I have had trouble with my computer for a while now. I have tried different programs and it is just not getting any better. I found the company helpmebuddy.in because I was trying to get some support from time to time. I have used their support line and it is really Cape Town based. They offer a good customer service attitude. The problem with my computer has been going back and forth between this company and their local office until they got our order of forms submitted successfully - only to have them turn around and ship it right away I am very unhappy with the current situation and would not recommend this company to anyone.
