This company is terrible. I have had nothing but trouble with their software for a while now. Every time I would try to use it it would tell me that my computer was too new and needed a old driver or something. Then I had to spend hours trying to figure out what the problem was. And now after using helpmecore.com for years Ive come up against a Forrest Gump type of issue where everything has been going bad for the last few years. I have the program on both an windows 10 machine and an xp machine and both are completely different machines. Please somebody see this and change these defaults so that my stuff can take effect from then on.This user has had plenty of problems with helpmecore.com in the past so you can rest assured that they wont be alone in their struggles here. It sounds like theyre only in business because of how many people have to go through them - especially because they don
