I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called them to ask about a new developer for an App I was working on and they referred me to someone who would not even speak English The guy who answered the phone could barely understand me and told me that he couldnt help me because there were no developers available in Edinburgh Scotland. Terrible experience all around

1. Terrible experience - I never received my app and they kept telling me it would be delivered in a few days. In fact the app never arrived at all2. terrible customer service - I called to complain about the entire experience and was very disappointed with the way my issues were handled. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly unhelpful and didnt seem to care that her customer had a terrible experience.

I have used henator.com for a couple of years now and I have had to say that their app development services are terrible. The prices quoted are outrageous the quality of their work is poor and the customer service is nonexistent. They dont seem to care about their customers at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Henator is a terrible company. I have had terrible experiences with them in the past so I was very worried when I first discovered this. My problems begin with henator themselves. They are horrible to work for and should not be in business. Do not bother trying to do anything yourself its just not possible. However the people who run henator are absolutely horrifying. They have got out of control and should be arrested and punished for their actions. - user 57frauengI was extremely disappointed with Henators services. Their software is poorly designed and easy to fall into lawyer mode about their products flaws. Instead of helping users the company hopes for the ability to take over the world and make a living doing it. They are nothing more than a company that does not want customers but rather wants to make a lot of money on the back of their customers necks. 0
