I was this companys customer service person and I did not enjoy that experience at all. The phone call to see if I could get ahold of a product that had gone out in stock the email with the purchase information and then after purchase complete there were errors and omissions like who ever heard about my order when it didnt happen. It felt like they were running a business from their office instead of an Amazon store. Save your money and dont go here.

I just got out of my first service contract with Herbsetc. I was really satisfied with the services that I had received before. They were a little different from other online retailers but they made up for it in other ways. The customer service was top-notch and i loved the products that they offered. However now shes gone... And Im left alone like many others have been before me.
