I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I do not recall the length of time but it was for a while. I cant remember what type of products I received or how much. I only know that they did not provide any and that I needed to contact their customer service to get them. The customer service representative did not seem to understand what she was supposed to do in order to get product from company hewedi.com. More than likely she was just as lost as I was and should have just called customer service first up. Thank you company hewedi.com for your nothing given to me in return.
