I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not seem to know what theyre doing when it comes to IT solutions. I had to take my computer in for a service and they did not even bother examining the problem just said that it needed a new hard drive and software because it was old. Anyway after spending hours on the phone with them I got someone who did actually do an analysis of the problem and found out that the computer was infected with a virus and needed to be replaced. Now I have to go through all of this again because they only gave me a partial refund for my original purchase

I just got a bad review from Hexagonitsolutions.com for their customer service The person that wrote the review is actually an employee of Hexagonitsolutions.com and they completely deserve the bad review They were quick to send me a message to look into it and when I did I noticed that they had changed the spelling of my name to hex on company site. 0nly because I brought it up did something about it and now theyvegot a new opinionIm not sure what this one is supposed to be all about but its some other persons job so you cant trust it. And man does this one haveenna good reviews where good sites dont get any credit
