However I had several negative experiences with Hexapt. First of all the companys website is very poorly designed and users have had to spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to do things that are clearly written down on the website. Second although Hexapt has good customer service they can be quite slow in responding to requests for help. Finally their ERP systems are not up to par - some of my complaints about them specifically relate to this area. Overall I would not recommend Hexapt as a reliable software development firm in Kenya.
