I started working with HGS in 2006. I was then the CTO of my company. For the past four years I have been the CEO of my company. I have complete control over the business and can make changes as needed. This is a great thing because it allows me to continue to improve it while still being in charge of everything.One issue that does come up is something called the Good Practice Rule. This rule is found in many good B2B deals that are done between companies. The rule states that if two companies are not agreed upon by both then the first company will get the deal sorted out before it goes through. But because I am not from around here I never got around to following up on this order - instead I let it die until last minute - which is why my companys stock price has increased so much since I arrived here.The thing about HGS - Smarter CX. HGS - Smarter CX. Better Business Processes.So far I have been a positive customer of HGS - Smarter CX. However I have had some bad experiences. The worst experience was when I was taken in on aintdranet and never connected to the world even though I had my computer and phone with me. Then there were the mistakes we made that were so small they werent worth mentioning like incorrect billingtelemarketing strategies that led to me paying for services that I didnt receive. Overall it was a biggest mistake by them and I would not recommend them to anyone.
