I did not have the best experience with this company. The staff was very unhelpful and didnt seem to understand what they were doing. The computer I used was damaged within a few days of my purchase and they were not willing to help me out which made the experience even worse.

INGI just moved out of a company where I worked for 8 years and started taking classes to improve my skill set. I found HHeying by chance. What was I supposed to do side-step the obvious question Well based on my experience at HHeying and the lack of success from other schools I decided that Hideo Kojima studios would be a good place to start again. Unfortunately thats not all that happened this time around. HHeying has completely changed their tone and approach since then. Now they want you to feel scared or valueless in front of them. For example one class I took was about how to make a website. I downloaded their software and started right away. Then there were the changes since we last spoke - BING OUT THE WINDOW The most recent class had him type in all of his Social Security numbers into a form until he felt safe - verylections were run through

Hey StudioI just wanted to let you know that I have been a customer of yours for about 4 years now and have never had a problem. This past week there was a issue with my phone and they did not have the updated software at my house. I had to come back in order to get it. They are still here but the quality of their work has decreased. I take care of my own business and if it comes down to it being something that you cant do anything about then so be it because I wont be your client anymore.The last time that I was here was probably 2 years ago and they also did a better job on quality control. I dont even know where to start. Justine
