esI have had the unfortunate experience of working with higher state.com several times now. I work for a large company and they have used them to send new software to be applied to our website which we then use on our own site. The service is fast but there are times when it is difficult to find information or do tasks that need doing because the system tells me what I should do. For example if I try to change my search engine back-and-forth between higher state.com and the website Im working on and even outer cityverges technology they end up changing the entire data structure for me including your name. In other words their customer service isnt good enough.
