"I Am Not Happy With This Company Because"

I am not happy with this company because of the lack of HIPAA compliance software. I was very disappointed that there wasnt even a single HIPAA compliant tool included in their software suite It would have been nice to at least be able to see if my account had been flagged as being suspicious by their system and receive notification if so. Additionally I found it difficult to get help from their customer service representatives. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I absolutely hated this company They were HORRIBLE at HIPAA Compliance Software. I had to email and chat with them multiple times to get them to change a setting on their software that was causing me serious problems. In the end they never got it right and my organization ended up being very frustrated with their work.
