I have used hisoft.com for a year now and I am very unhappy with the service. The first time I ordered a software it never arrived and the customer support was incredibly unhelpful. They would not even refund my money After that experience I stopped using hisoft.com altogether.

Avoid this company at all cost They are terrible to work with and dont seem to care about their customers. I had a issue with one of their products and it took forever for them to get back to me. Finally after multiple emails and phone calls they finally did something - but only because I was so public about my dissatisfaction. Avoid this company if you can

I just got out of my first job and is really successful in the virtual card management software. Hisoft.com isAwsome I was using a different account for years and now I have to regularly sign in with my real name to use their software. Its great to be able to use the site without having to worry about that issue. The graphics are very professional and the user interface is easy to navigate. I highly recommend this product

I just opened this email andreek how to bad customer service hisoft.com.bd. I have been using his site for a while now and have never had such terrible customer service. I have sent back many of my orders because the software is not as good as it seems. Its always somebody elses problem when something like that happens.I am pretty sure that hisoft.com is not in the business of virtual AGM software they are in the business of web design company and they are not able to provide any help or support for their customers orders. I hope that someone can take care of this problem because it really affects me emotionally.
