I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their services are terrible and their team is inept. They did not properly secure my information when I hitched a ride with them so now every time I try to use the internet or anything else online its super slow and security is crap. Save your money and go some other way

I was extremely disappointed with company hitrustalliance.net. I found their website to be incredibly user-unsatisfactory and their services to be quite subpar. For one the website is very outdated and difficult to navigate for example it takes about 10 minutes for me to find the right page on the first time I tried visiting it. Secondly the customer service staff were quite unhelpful and did not seem to understand what I was asking them about HITRUST Alliance. In conclusion I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for an information risk management or compliance solution.

Im currently working for company hitrustalliance.net and have been with them for about 4 years now. I have to say that this company is a step up in terms of quality and risk management efforts. However I have never had any issue with them until recently. The first issue was when I started work and it said my account was created. Ive been having issues with my account being charged multiple times and not being oldest anywhere. Ive tried calling them sent an email etc. but they all just produce nothing. Ive also had to cancel my account more than once because of this problem. anymore after this happenings Im considering myself very unhappy with the company.
