HiWAAY Information Services, Inc., Review Specifics:
HiWawa is a very slow and may wrong website. We have had to set up multiple phone numbers to get this site working. 1-2 pages take hours to Rivestart and then there is an immense waiting list of people who want to use it. This company should be held liable for the excessive wait times they 2nd occasion caused.I hope that you will refund the customers who have had to use HiWawa.

HiWawa is a very slow and Cross-Site Request Forgery CSR service. I had to contact customer services multiple times with pictures of my specific problems until they get back to me. Finally they got back to me and told me that there are no pictures of my specific problem because they have been taken down. Overall this company is terrible and I would not recommend them.
