In particular some users have found their work to be shoddy and unfinished and have even complained about being ripped off. Overall it seems that this company is not up to par when it comes to quality control or customer service.

I have never had such a bad experience with a company. I started using them in February and it has been the worst month ever. I have created almost 2000 worth of products and they have not given me my money back yet. I have also been sent out to customer service 3 times now and never received my payment. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

HJDM is a terrible company. They always make it easy for you to return your purchase but never have they been so craigslistish about it. All of their products are crap. Ive tried everything they offer and this one evenestgies better than nothing but still isnt perfect. About their graphic design work... HJDM just doesnt seem to be able to get it right most of the time. Their user interface is basic and modernistic and their designs often look like something that would be found on a website from a year ago. Other companies might have some great design features but HJDMs user interfaces are just okay. Overall I wouldnt recommend using them.

I am not happy with the Graphics Design and Interactive Design work that I have received. The software has been slow to change or even work well together. Everytime I want to create a document it takes quite some time and Ive never been able to save any ideas or documents. Overall I would not recommend this software to anyone.
