I am not satisfied with my purchase. The barcode system was too expensive and did not work as planned. customer service was necessary but not impressed with the end result. mobile PLUS isMedical Imaging Systems Inc.Im very unhappy with the mobile PLUS product. Its been extremely difficult to figure out how to get my barcode system up and running and also the customer service has been wanting. I was this companys customer service representative and the product they were selling was terrible. I dont think I ever received a response to my calls or emails. The system wasnt very user friendly and it took forever to find what I needed on the website. Overall not a great experience.
