INGI started using Homma because I found it to be an excellent resource for finding information on home improvement projects. However since it is a company that specializes in HOMMAING I have had some bad experiences with them. The best way to describe them is that they are a team of experts in the field of HOMMAING who work together to help people succeed. However when I would ask them for help with various project challenges they would always provide me with the same old content without providing any valuable information or solutions. So I just decided to stop customer service support and go find someone else who can help me with this specific project. Thank you Hommas for the great service but please make sure that your team cant offer nothing but bad customer service and only will do what they need to in order to keep the customers satisfaction high.

I have had a bad experience with Homma. The salesperson was at me initially because I was beingGF but she eventually walked away and never came back. Ive had positive experiences with other businesses in the business so Im not sure whats up with this one. I would not recommend Homma.
