I sold my home to homewiseocs.com and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. First of all they refused to list my home on their website because it was not in their resale category Second of all they did not have any information about my specific sale or the HOA rights that were associated with it - which made things really complicated and time-consuming. In the end I had to contact two separate people one from homewiseocs.com and one from a real estate company to get everything done right - which was quite a hassle. Overall I would not recommend this company if you are looking for an effective way to sell your home or take care of your HOA rights

I just had a house built there and Im not happy with it. The kitchen is to small for my needs the living room is too small for our size house and the bedrooms are too small for my needs. They didnt even give me a showing of the building so I could tell if its a good or bad company.I would not recommend this company to others.
