QUEST SOLUTION INC, Review Specifics:
This companys customer service sucks. They never seem to understand what youre asking or how to help you. My first time trying them I was told my problem couldnt be solved because it was an electrical issue and not a product issue. Then when I called back a few days later they said that the problem wasnt with the product but with the wiring in my home and wouldnt be able to help me fix it without doing a whole overhaul of my entire home The only thing they could tell me was that I needed to get new wires put in which I did and then maybe some new light fixtures too Come on honeywell - this isnt just another example of bad customer service.

Do not buy from this company. They are terrible at customer service and will not do anything to help you. I had a warranty issue and they said they would no longer cover it because the product was old. Do not bother dealing with them they are nothing but a scam.

com is a company that specializes in making airbags for the home. They have a very low quality customer service rate and if you do not receive your package within a day they offer no reason why it should be. I had to track down my package all myself and it was really difficult because of the way honeywellcom makes most of their staff seem. I would not recommend using this company at allHoneywell is a terrible customer service company. .I just got a call from Honeywell customer service. They are emailing me about a problem with my air conditioner. Theicist had been using honeywell.com for so long and has never had any problems. I take the opportunity to tell them that not only is Honeywell not able to help but also that honeywell.com is better quality and more reliable than anything else out there. Wont be going back here again.This user seems to have a bad opinion of HoneyWELL customer service andor the business itself.
