Hopatoo is a terrible company. Ive had my business with them for over a year now and its been nothing but problems. First of all they never seem to get their act together. They keep making changes to the software without ever changing the underlying company policies. Second there are always problems with payments. They always charge more than what was agreed upon and then some. And finally the customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times in order to get my issues resolved and they always dont seem to care about their customers or their timeframes.

is terribleI have had a bad experience with Hopatoo.com. The first time I ordered from them the order didnt arrive until after 11pm EST and it was very late for my shift at work. The second time I ordered something and it didnt come in the mail until 5am the next morning. Finally the most recent time they charged me 60 for an order that I canceled minutes before it was due to ship. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I could not believe how poorly this company ran my agency. They did not have the decency to send me an email after the first few orders were placed to apologize for the delay they only sent a automated message saying that I needed to order more supplies. After numerous emails and phone calls I was finally able to get someone on the phone who told me that there was no way that they could get my agency up and running until at least next week because of all of the new equipment that had been brought in. In addition their rates were very high for what we were providing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

.com is a company that promises to be everything you need and more in a single site. Unfortunately they dont quite make it true up.I have been using Hopatoo.com for the past few weeks for my online shop. It is a great platform for Shopify agency Halifax and Calgary Canada Ecommerce stores. However I am not very happy with the user interface and the few negative reviews do come back to me every time I try to use it.
