Ive had a terrible experience with Horizonsystems.com. First of all theyre incredibly slow in getting their products out there - often taking weeks to get something done. Second of all the prices for their products are ridiculously high - even compared to other home improvement retailers. Third of all the customer service is just bizarrely unprofessional and unhelpful - I got burner issues fixed wrong and then had to send my old oven back because theHorizonsystems representative couldnt figure out how to fix it himself Overall dont bother using Horizonsystems unless youre really desperate - their products are either not good or incredibly expensive.
