Do not use this company. They are terrible at customer service. I had to contact them multiple times to get my hosting changed because they couldnt do anything about a virus that was on my server. They also charged me for something that wasnt even included in my original contract Do not bother using them you will be sorry

Hostwinds Customer Centric Web Hosting Solutions is a scam. They claim to have the best customer service but in reality they are terrible. I had to contact them numerous times because my hosting account was not working right and they would not help me fix it. In addition their customer service is horrible. They do not seem to care about their customers whatsoever. Do not use this company if you want your website to stay up and running

Hostwinds is a very poor company. They do not work with their hosting solution to ensure you have the best web site possible. I had to use other companies websites until they did this and it was not good enough. Then I had to take all of my websites data to another company and it was very long and difficult to get back. Then I found out that they are now working with Amazon Web Services which is a much better company
