HPCHost is a complete and utter scam. The company promises to help you with your disaster recovery needs but in reality they only do the bare minimum. They dont even have any plans for replicating data or managing your Cloud Computing environment. In fact their entire service is complete and total fraud. Do not waste your time or money with HPCHost.

They are in the business of Cloud Computing Managed Cloud Hosting Disaster Recovery and NetApp Replication Hosting but they seem to only offer their services to companies that have already lost all their data due to a disaster. I didnt even bother trying to sign up for them because the whole thing was just a waste of time and money.

I was very unhappy with the service provided by hpchost.com. The hosting was terrible and the disaster recovery plan was absolutely useless. I had to contact customer service multiple times to get my account reactivated and the process was quite slow and difficult. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If you want to use their services you have to pay them somehow. codeMentor was also Surf-y and the right time was notI just moved from HP to HPChost and I am very unhappy. The service was running like a dream but then it stopped working after a few weeks . I had to ripsenalize it with other friends who also had it working while I still had money left over from my previous job . They were both really helpful and offeredto help me cover the cost ofproteinwhelthakingHPChost.

HPChost.com is a terrible company. They are always quick to start a new disaster recovery plan and offer no help other than to say that its the best way to go. However if you dont have a lot of experience in cloud computing and netbook technology you may not be able to understand their plans or set up the machine successfully. I would not recommend using HPChost.com for anything other then your normal online shopping and review creation services.

My last issue was when they changed theCloud pricing model and I was able to get them to take back my account and resend my data.
