I have been a customer of High Performance Systems Inc. for over 5 years now and have always had great experiences with their technical support team. They are always able to help me out with whatever I need and have always been willing to offer additional services if needed. My biggest complaint about them is that they sometimes take too long to respond to emails but overall Ive never had any problems with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality service in the IT field

I have used this company for several years now and I have had zero satisfaction with their service or support. They always seem to be working on the latest version of Microsoft Office and they dont seem to be able to help you with anything else. Their prices are also really high especially for what you get.

I have had the displeasure of working with this company for the past two months. First and foremost they are not competent in their work. Second they do not seem to care about their customers or what they need from a technical support standpoint. In fact Ive had to wait an entire day after contacting them for help with something that was simple and straightforward- only to find out that my issue was still unresolved weeks later. Additionally their prices are extortionate - even for services that are limited in use or just not needed. Do not bother using this company if you cant afford to be unhappy with them.

sorceI have tried other high-end systems solutions in the past and they all worked right but this companys software is so bad its amazing how they cant do anything with my computer. They tell me how to use the software but I need to follow their instructions 100 - not a single step that wasnt included in their previous system.Everything on my computer works perfectly fine on their own skin only problem is that I want to change some of my dates and times so I usage their change date feature every time I try and change a date. It keeps telling me that my changes are too new or somethingippery isnt it Anyway I would have given this company no chance at all if I had known what was happening.

Services HawaiiI have had a great experience with HPE and their services. However I would like them to tempate my system more often. They should turn off the machine when youre not home and then turn back on when you are. I found it helpful to do this so that the machines were always on the same screen. I also had some issues with my account and they were the only ones who had any luck with getting it fixed. I feel like they could use more of a chance to fix things since its really hard to get help from tech people. But overall Ive had a great experience with HPE and their services. I just need them to do something about the accuracy of their reports.

ServicesI have had some terrible experiences with HPE and I will never use them again. The customer service is horrible and they are always behind in their products. Plus they are a parts company so you cant just order anything and it will be late 2019 and you wont have any quality time left for your old computers.
