I have had to call them 4 times this year for different issues and each time they were really unhelpful and scolded me. Its really frustrating because I dont think their quality of service is high enough to be worth the trouble.

is a complete and utter scam1 HR Acuity is nothing more than a scam. They promise to help you manage your employee relations and HR case management but they provide very little in return. In fact the only thing they offer is fake promises of resolution. Do not bother giving them any money you will be much better off without them.2 The website is extremely misleading. It claims that HR Acuity can help you resolve employee relations and HR cases quickly and easily. However this is simply not true. You will likely have to wait weeks or even months for a response from their team - which is unfortunately common with these types of scams.

is a scamThe company HR Acuity is a scam. They promise to help with employee relations and case management but in reality they only do the opposite. The first time I used them I was promised a 100 bonus for my hard work. Unfortunately the bonus never materialized and I lost all of my money. Then about two months later they sent me an email asking for my contact information again - without giving me a reason why. After supplying my info they sent me another email saying that I had been added to their bad list and would not be receiving any bonuses or payments for another month. If youre using HR Acuity be careful

.I just got my first job at a company that had hracuity.com as one of their solutions. I couldnt have been more happy with them They were all about making my new job better and different from the other companies I had worked for. However I have to say that the whole process and more particularly the entire process to getting there was quite bad. The website is extremely simple to use and they provide absolutely nothing except headaches for me. The only solution they offer is to try and be hard on people and make things worse. Ive had to hire someone else multiple times due to my company being endeavouring to make things better but its really not anything they wouldnt do again - just very difficult in comparison. Hoping this one will finally die soon because it seems like everything good about HR Acuity is gone now...

.I just found out that company hracuity.com is a bad place to do business. My clients have always been treated well by this company but I clearly found something wrong with their latest implementation of HR case management. The software is comprehensive but the case management is not as clear as I had hoped. It also took quite a while to get a response from my inquiries about what was going on. I am no expert in HR but it seems like they were shirking their responsibility and doing things the wrong way around. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.This company is terrible. I ordered a case for my HR software and it was360 degrees refused because the company is not legit. I had to take it to their offices to have them check it and they said that this company is not legit. So now I am stuck with a brand new case number and nothing left to work with. Save your money and time and get some real solutions here.
