This company is terrible. There are no experts in their field and they cant seem to do anything right. We had to call them multiple times because our TV didnt work and they couldnt find the part. They also said it would be a few days before it came in. It turned out to be a few weeks later and our TV still doesnt work

I just bought a home video house and I was so excited to see it in person The moment we moved into our new home we realized that the home video house wasnt very big. We were quickly able to figure out how to make it work well. But then we saw the company website and started to beleive there was nothing there. Finally after much trying we found hteny.com and type of attitude they had. They tried to hell lot for us and finally got near enough to touch ourO2 sensor Not one little bit of good about this company

I have had two problems with this company in a short time. The first was when I could not get my home video system to work. I called and the person who customer service gave me the number said she would need my phone to call me back so I sent her my number and then she called me back and said the system was not working but she could send me a picture of it. I live in a sky blue house with a little orange house on it. The Picture looked good on their screen until I took the picture away from their screen. Then it turned out that the houses were both black and did not look like they would turn out to be true. I repeated this process to all of the companies that these companies worked with. No matter how many times I did this they seemed to only do what they could not fix the problem for me. They are all very slow in getting results or nothing at all. Avoid this company at all cost
