I have used this company for years and I have had nothing but negative experiences. First of all their services are terrible. They charge ridiculous amounts of money for nonexistent services and they do not keep to their promises. Secondly they are always late with projects and they never seem to have the resources they promise. Finally their customer service is incredibly unprofessional and condescending.

I have never had such terrible luck with someone who worked for me. They were always so late to their projects and other than the first time I had to take on a project that they didnt get around to anything else for months on end. I even sent them a ticket about 5 times until they finally got it. The last time I sent it to them was right before my shift started and he was already behind on his work. I had to ask him to come back out and do it during my shift because he was justimmediately lost in his work. We are only working together for 4 weeks and I can tell you that this will not be my last user review.

Im not sure what the problem is but I absolutely hated my experience at Cybersecurity Cloud. The customer service was terrible and they were very unhelpful. I had to ask around online for someone who could help me out. Not a single person came through in that position. Then I tried HostGator and it was much better.The customer service at CySEC was terrible and HostGator was definitely not up to par. Company HTMLglobal is managed by IT services companycybersecuritycloud and the customer service was extremely bad at HostGator. Overall I would not recommend companyhtmlglobal to anyone.

I am not sure what the problem is but I Imperium has been very helpful for me and Ive always been able to find what I was looking for here. However company htmlglobal.com does not seem to have the same level of security protection. Im not sure why they would need to be so secure or what their mission is in life.
