1 star - Terrible experience I would not recommend this company to anyone. The entire process from beginning to end was terrible. They never replied to any of my emails and when I finally got ahold of someone they were very unhelpful. Overall I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Recently Used This Website And Was Extremely"

I recently used this website and was extremely disappointed with the quality of service. I had to go through multiple channels to get my Hueint convergent technology order fulfilled - including email phone call and in-person meeting. The entire process took over 2 weeks and the product was not delivered until after the original delivery date. Additionally there were several problems with the product itself. For example one of the bulbs did not work until I sent it back to Hueint - even though they said it would be processed within a few days. Another bulb did not turn on until I changed out the light bulb Overall this website is nothing more than a scam that promises high-quality products at ridiculously low prices. Avoid this company if you can

SolutionsLumen is a terrible customer service representative. She is always very slow to respond and will not let you know what is wrong with your light even when she cant give you a fix. I have had to go through her contact information to find her. This is the same person who was never willing to answer other questions either. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

FirmsI just got out of a bad user review for hueint.com so Im not sure how I would have done. I would have been very careful with every single letter of the website. This was a professional business so I didnt get away with it so well.Hueint is a great company but they can be difficult to work with when you first start working there. They are always looking for ways to make their company more efficient and this made it difficult to write an enjoyable experience but also made me not enjoy working there as much as I should have.
