"I Have Had A Really Bad Experience With Hummingbirdnetworks."

I have had a really bad experience with hummingbirdnetworks. I started using their site in early 2018 and it has been the worst experience of my life. From the moment I added my first site to the network they were working on it right away and also did some additional tests to make sure my site was correct. However every other site I tried they would not let me add me to the network even though I was already online. It took them forever but eventually I was added to the network. At first I thought it was because of my first sites size or mine was smaller but after she increased my sites size they finally agreed to add me. In this process I asked for money and then received money in return for years of service that I never received from them. If you are going to use their site be sure to use someone else soon

I have had bad customer service times and issues with my network equipment so I cant speak to what you can resolve through other means such as repair or replacement. If you do have to take this kind of care in the same situation then it would be best left to the individuals decision-making process.
