The company seems to be running very smoothly but when it comes to their support services they are terrible. They have never been able to help me out and they always seem to be busy else where. Overall I would not recommend this company if you need software support.

I have had a terrible experience with HybridSoftware Technologies. The first time I used their software it was very buggy and couldnt open any files. I tried contacting them after the purchase but never received a response. The second time I bought a license for their software only to find out that it wasnt working at all. I contacted them again and they said that they would send me a new license but never did. Finally this week the software stopped working altogether on my computer and I had to take it in to get it fixed. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I last used this company in the past and they were great. So I decided to try out their new product - Hybrid Software Technologies. This company is a disaster. The user interface is terrible the programs are all configured for one specific type of machine instead of around a different type of machine and most importantly - the products themselves are not working as expected. Its like they have never been in business before.
