"I Have Had A Terrible Experience With Hypergrid. I First"
HyperGrid, Review Specifics:
I have had a terrible experience with Hypergrid. I first reported their servicebursting on me numerous times. They never came back to the line of communication and only said that it was some other issue. I had to call back another time and they were always very slow in returning the call. I finally got them to respond to my email and they were already after the case number and date of the serviceburst. The customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Hypergrid.com is a company that provides an expensive and add-on services to organize your home environment into a cloud-based model. The main goal of this company is to make life easier for people who want to run their operations in the comfort of their homes. Unfortunately many of the features included in the core product are either not well supported or provide nothing but problems. For example Hypergrid .com has no ability to ration power or create custom models - all of which are critical tools for keeping your home clean and organized. In addition customer service was terrible - everyone I spoke with were unprofessional and never made me feel good about my choice decision making while living at home. Overall I would not recommend using HyperGrid..
