"TI Bought A HyperX Cloud II"

TI bought a HyperX Cloud II gaming mouse and its terrible. The sensor is so inaccurate that it makes themouse unusable. also the cable comes with a connection cord thats about 5 feet long which is not very long at all and you have to unplug it if you want to take it with you.

I bought some gaming gear from HyperX and it all worked but Im not sure if the customer service was good. The communication was poor and they make terrible words in their customer service efforts. Im not sure if this is a problem with the company or not but it made my buying process very difficult.
