is a complete waste of timeI had the worst experience with i-Tech Support. I was told my phone needed to be fixed and then never received any information about what was wrong with my phone. After multiple emails and calls I finally received a call from someone at the company who said they couldnt help me because my phone wasnt broken. They also refused to give me a refund for my purchase because it hadnt been used in months. Avoid this company if you can

I-Tech Support is a horrible service. I have been using their services for a while and have never had to face such a terrible experience. Every time I-Tech Support has an issue they are able to resolve the issue without any help from their side. They always send someone else who is not even going to be able to help because I- Tech Support always seems to be busy with their own issues.
