is a total scam.Ive been a customer of i3 BUSINESS SOLUTIONS for over two years now and I have to say that the experience has been nothing but terrible. First of all their website is very misleading. They advertise themselves as being able to provide managed IT services for businesses in Grand Rapids MI but in reality they are just scams. The main reason why I ended up signing up with them was because their prices were much lower than any other company I could find online but their service has not once lived up to those promises. In fact its actually been quite disappointing. For example they charged me almost twice as much as the next company I looked at before deciding to switch over to them and even though they said they would send me a contract within 24 hours of receiving my payment which never happened they instead sent me a email saying that my contract had already been signed and that I needed to come back into the office so they could

provides managed IT services to businesses in Grand Rapids MI. their website says that they are a One stop shop for all your IT needs but the evidence suggests that this is not always the case.I was extremely disappointed with i3 Business Solutions when I used them to manage my IT services. The service was slow and difficult to use and their promises of improved performance were never fulfilled. In fact their website says that they provide one stop shop for all your IT needs. However the evidence suggests that this is not always the case. For example I had to wait an entire day for my service to be restored after it went down for half a day on another occasion I received a notice stating that my account had been cancelled because they couldnt find any documents related to my companys technology settings Needless to say I would not recommend these services to anyone - especially if they want reliable and professional management of their IT resources.
