.com is nothing more than a scamI have had the misfortune of dealing with this company in the past. The first time I went through their website was to sign up for a Home account. When I entered my information they told me that I needed to provide them with a drivers license and social security number in order to create an account. They also said that if I didnt have those things they would not be able to help me create an account. After providing all of their required information including my drivers license and social security number they told me that they could not create an account for me because I did not have a current home address. The second time was much worse. This time they took advantage of my inexperience by telling me that I needed money in order to set up a new home loan. They told me that if I didnt immediately send them 20000 then they would not be able to process my loan and would have to

.comI have had two problems with ib5k.com. The first was a very slow connection and the customer service didnt seem to know how to help. They were more interested in making money. The other problem was a computer that was stolen and I wasnt able to get a new one fixed until I got this problem. Still the service is slower than it should be and the customer service isnt any better. Now for the good parts...The company has great customer service and everyone is always willing to help out This is my second time using them and I have never had such great services or wonderful results. Definitely check them out
