I have had a terrible experience with Ibuildings.com. The first time I tried to create a custom webapp they said it was impossible and then refused to refund my money. The second time I created a mobile app and they told me it wouldnt work because the code wasnt compatible. Then when I tried to give them feedback about the mobile app they just ignored me. Overall this company is completely unprofessional and not worth your time.
